Conservation Ambassadors was formed with the idea of teaching students of today to make an informed decision about the world of tomorrow. Based on years of experience teaching the youth of California through Zoo to You and Wildlife on Wheels we have developed highly entertaining and informative programs that teach students and our community to respect and care for animals, their habitats and the world at large!

Now you can get a behind-the-scenes look at the rescue center and meet the animals up close and get a once in a lifetime experience.
 

Teaching the Children of California about our connectedness with the world around us and providing a home for displaced abused and abandoned animals.

Zoo to You instructors introduce students to the world of animals and conservation.

Young people are more than an audience during a ZOO TO YOU experience--they help shape the experience by becoming part of the presentaion. Instructors ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all.

We met last week during the tours of the facility in Paso. We chatted a few minutes afterward and you gave me your card to email you about volunteering. I have had a passion for animals all of my life. I remember zoo to you coming to my schools while I was younger and It was always the best and most memorable assembly of the year. I cannot begin to tell you my excitement to have had the privilege to tour the facilities a few years back, then again last weekend. All of the beautiful animals and the stories of how they came to be animal ambassadors are truly amazing. Your passion, desire and faith in the program has really lit a fire within me. One of my favorite quotes is "be the change in the world you want to see" and I believe you are doing just that. However you are not only making a difference in your life. You are teaching the onward generations how and why its important to care for and protect animals, so we can continue to enjoy them in the future.
